                                             Voice of Multiculturality  

We live in a fast changing world. The developments in technology affect our awareness in history. The expanding technology also improve communication among people. Thus knowledge about history is spreading. People become more aware of the history and historical heritage which is like a bridge from the past to the present. 

Becoming aware of historical heritage has many benefits. People and communities remember the hard days in the past and begin to ask questions about it. They see that wars brought only pain and poverty. Now, through conscioussnes different countries and different societies know about history better and they want to have a common understanding against wars. They want peace and historical heritage allows people to establish good relations with each other. The label is intercultural dialogue. 

Societies get to know each other through intercultural dialogue, thus they become closer and live in a friendly environment. There is understanding and respect, and people can solve problems without wars. What they need is a piece of dialogue. History provide reasons for this dialogue. 

Historical heritage is the treasure of the country as it will attract tourists. Traveling to countries is also a good way of noticing the heritage. People see and know each other and are sure of the other. Comenius projects are essential parts of intercultural dialogue because they give schools the opportunity to go to other countries and work together. Cooperation and common aims between teachers and students make it easy to reach intercultural dialogue. 

Historical heritage does not belong to only a country. It is the property of all humans in the world. It is unique and it is priceless. Cultures, lifestyles and information are taken from this heritage. So, countries can easily see that the roots of their cultures are influencing the others. It is like harmony of colors from red, blue, black, etc. 

European Union tries to improve intercultural dialogue because it is the best way of living together in different cultures. Each culture is special but multi-cultural community is the best example of dialogue. History can help to constitute it.
